James A Fuller + Steve Gansler + Jayne Gansler Developers of a lot within my property; failed to keep contractual obligations; owe ~$50K Needham Massachusetts
I hired Jim Fuller to renovate my house; he did a reasonable job with a lot of help from my wife. The process was very inefficient and he ended up spending much more than he should have.
He then bough and developed with his partners a lot inside my property; I paid for what should have been joint landscaping of the common driveway with the promise that he will pay back once the house was sold. He now refuses to pay back the almost $50K he owns me.
He sold the house without the proper documents so the new owners have a invalid easement; he probably failed to dislose to them theat the lot is not confoming
Do not hire him to build or renovate your house: he is charming but you are going to end up with promises never kept like most of his workers (I can get some from Ireland to testify against Jim and his partners Streve and Jayne Gansler.
