My attorney said NO! A 4 yr re-payment plan! This is NOT a legal document and is poorly written at that.
I never got the name of the person for the grant so they said NO!
I am left with no other options at this time. I do not believe you have any intent to return my funds, I think you are now just stalling for time to make a quick exit so I will do what I have to do to stop this now.

There is no slander, I stated what I know to be true....You spread empty promises...I gave you 30,000.00 you misused my money and you refuse to repay me the 30,000.00 as a lump sum you promised in Henderson at the summit. I still have the recording.
How can I retract something that has not occurred to date? A paid up debt in full carries no claim. I am not paid up.

I am indeed a new agent therefore looked to you and your staff for the "training" you promised and never got. I did not "quit" my job, I retired after 37 years in Nursing. The only promotional materials I had were: 1 Banking handout folder "opportunity", and 4 Business structure handout folders, now lovingly referred to as the "BS" "opportunity". Now, all this responce interaction aside; when did I receive an invitation for an all expense paid trip to the Dominican Republic? Show me the documents! Who exactly are you to tell me what James Bernard Wolfe and I discussed "UNLESS" James is now sharing personal and private information w/you and others? Another violation of privacy act hummmmmm.. The "training" CD/DVD never made it to the agents in the field. Not one person in Phx. got one either. NOW, in closing let me just thrown this out. IF, you are all doing so darned well, then James Bernard Wolfe must be too; SO, that being said... WHY..will he not honor my refund request for my 30,000.00, Bruce's or refund Bev her credit repair monies? I recommend everyone call the FBI and local authorities and file a report. I would file a total retraction of complaint IF James Bernard Wolfe would honor HIS business agreements and as he plainly stated in Henderson at the summit. re-affirm his CREDIBILITY! PS...USE SPELL CHECK for heaven's sake, James! Is that baby born AGAIN yet? CAROL, I AM BACK BECAUSE YOU HAVE LIED SO MUCH ABOUT THIS YOUNG MAN. Granted he has had some challenges but he has provided everything he has said he would but you dont want to see that now, I will leave for DR next week and visiting the condotel, I will think of you because you quite your job, you never learned the presentation that was provided for you as I did, you challenged everything but you have not back ground as a insurance planner. You held meeting to try and make this personal. He has taken that high road. I am hear to let everyone know that Carol is not telling the truth. She has turned down a all expense paid trip to a 5 star condotel. So that she can lie to everyone of you, it is said.
