If you are looking for the Worst
Mental Health/Substance Treatment center in Syracuse, this is the place
to go. Nurse Practitioners writing Outdated Potentially Dangerous
Psychotropic Meds (all of them are Russian! How to do you verify medical
schools in Russia?!
As far as James Donovan MD, I don't believe he even works there though the business is under his name ( James Donovan
graduated from Guadalajara, yes the Seediest part of Mexico, isn't that great?) Every time I asked to speak with him, the receptionist nervously stated " He is with a patient"!
