Jim Forrest Fraudulent requests for investment funds, credit card theft and fraud, using other people's money fraudulently. Last Seen In Mena, Mena Arkansas
This man asked for investment funds which he spent for his own gains and then ran off. Also obtained credit cards which did not belong to him and ran up the balances on them and then skipped town. He has a history of doing this and needs to be stopped before he does it again! Location of this man at this time is unknown.
