I'll be reporting these two to the authorities in the morning. To being with: I'm a struggling writer. I'm POOR. I sell bags on Ebay for a meager supplementary income. I ordered several bags from these two people and after wating SEVERAL months repeatedly called and emailed to know where my order was. Only after threatening to report them did they finally email me to say that THEY THESE BAGS I'D ORDERED WERE NO LONGER BEING MADE.

So firstly, these people were selling things they didn't even have. Secondly, they refused to contact me back until I threatened legal action. Thirdly, THEY PROCESSED MY CARD KNOWING FULL WELL THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE PRODUCT I ORDERED.

But wait! It gets better! Finally my refund check gets here. IT BOUNCES! Again the only reason I manage to speak to them is because they pick up the phone not knowing it's me. Now I'm calling and emailing demanding they send nothing but the money that is rightfully mine and the fees I incurred from their bad check and they do not contact me back.

After reporting them to several government agencies, they returned my money along with a $100 check to cover my bank expenses.

To begin with: I am a POOR struggling writer. I sell bags on the side to supplement my meager income. I ordered a bunch of leather bags from these two and after several months started emailing & calling them to see where the bags were. Only after I threatened to report them did they finally contact me back to say that the bags I ordered were no longer being made! Firstly, they were selling bags they did not have. Secondly, they had processed my payment knowing full well they didn't have the items. Thirdly, were not going to call me back until I threatened legal action. But wait! It gets better! They finally send me a refund check. It bounces. The bank charges me another $50. I catch Mr. Aglio on the phone because he picks up my accident not knowing it's me. He says he will send the money. I've been repeatedly calling and emailing to confirm but they do not pick up, email back, or respond. The first email listed (their "business" email doesn't work). The second email (the hotmail one) is the one they used to send me a snide email after several months to tell me to stop emailing & calling, they didn't have the bags.
