*Forced his Rent-Paying Tenant out of the room being rented, by making false allegations/false accusations to the Police , with the goal of forcing his Tenant to be immediately Baker Acted in June 2018 after being a compliant Rent-Paying Tenant for over 15 months. This was done because : 1. The Lease was not Legally Binding to begin with as it was Not Notarized. 2. It was a easy fast way to get the Tenant off the Property without going through a Formal, Legal Eviction Process. The reason The Landlord wanted to forcably remove his Tenant from the Property was likely because of his Tenant's repeated voicing of concern and disapproval over Drugs/medications that appeared inside the residence: These Drugs & Medications were obtained via theft from the Medical Facility that the Landlord worked at. These included Controlled Substances not prescribed to the Landlord. Because this Landlord was afriad his Tenant would contact the Landlord's Employer or Law Enforcement, The Landlord made a false accusation which ensured his Tenant would immediately be removed from the property by local Police, by force.

The Police were not concerned with the lack of credibility of what the Landlord had to say. The Landlord had firearms, the Tenant did not. Upon the Tenant's release from an Involuntary Psychiatric Evaluation, he was not permitted back onto the Property and denied access to his own personal property and possessions. The Lease Agreement was broken Unlawfully due to personal issues regarding stolen medication rather than any actual Violation of the Lease, assuming it was even Lawful and Valid and Legally Binding. *

Forged Restraining Order & Eviction Notice

#2Author of original report

Mon, October 22, 2018

Within 2 days of the Landlord's abuse of The Florida Baker Act , which resulted in the Tenant being Violently Assaulted and forcably removed by The Miami-Dade Police who were dispatched, The Landlord added insult to injury by forging a fake Eviction Notice AND a fake forged Restraining Order. The Tenant was unable to go back to the Residence because he feared that the Landlord's Restraining Order was real and enforcable. The Tenant was never served with a Restraining Order by any Police Department, even months later. Yet the Tenant knows full well that the Landlord will simply make yet another False Accusation, should the Tenant ever attemot to regain access to the property he had rented. He has subsequently seen the Landlord 4 times, face-to-face, and there was no phyical altercation, and the Tenant has finally regained posession of most, but not all, of his personal belongings. In spite of this, the Tenant was put in harm's way by the police, the Tenant was Falsely Imprisoned for aporoximately three days with no recourse, and the Tenant was not refunded the rent money for June 2018, for the time he was no longer living in the rented room, in spite of paying the full month's Rent. If the Tenant was actually any sort of potential threat to the Landlord, as he was accused of being, then why was the Landlord willing to drive to where the Tenant relocated to after release from the Hospital and see the Tenant in person, multiple times to give back some of the Tenant's posessions? The answer is because the Tenant was never a true threat to the Landlord and the Landlord was never in danger of being phyically harmed by the Tenant. The Landlord lied to the police. And he may easily do so again.

Do not confuse the Landlord: James Pummer Jr with James Pummer Senior or the Landlord's son James Pummer III. The Landlord's date-of-birth is 03/22/1952. The purpose of this report is to warn current tenants or potential future tenants of Mr. Pummer that he can and will make false reports to the police and anyone considering renting from him should be advised of this. His motive for keeping medicine / medications / drugs unlawfully obtained from his employer are unknown. He had no legitimate medical need for them. His Tenant feared that if and when Mr Pummer got caught stealing prescription drugs from his employer, that the Tenant would possibly be considered guilty by association regarding medication theft if law enforcement decided to take action. Photographic evidence of the stolen drugs can and will be provided to anyone h*o wishes to substantiate this report's claims.

RipoffReport is not allowing image uploads, and the photographs of the stolen prescription medicine can't be uploaded, for reasons unknown. Attempts to resolve this will be made. Contact the original author to have photographs sent directly to you, along with corroborating documentation that proves that the drugs were found inside the house, and that they originated from the Landlord's Employer. The LOT Numbers (serial numbers) on the stolen drugs can prove the origin and intended destination of the medications.
