James Parker??? [heavy India or middle eastern accent] Calls repeatedly allegedly a lawsuit has been filed against me & I must speak with their legal dept re a loan which was NEVER made nor requsted. new york, New York
Calls from 347-983-7784 & 888-610-5486 from "James Parker" alleging a lawsuit has been filed against me, using my social secuirty, re a payday loan from "Easy Call or Easy Cash" deposited to a prepaid visa.
I called the card company, the deposit was never made. Card company said this was a scam.
I told them I was reporting them as a scam & do not call again. They continue.

They're a scam, and well known at that, THERE'S NO DEBT YOU OWE NOTHING If's simply a bunch of Paki/Islamic scammers.

They're well known around here, about three years now, still the same old scam, they never change.
Tell them F*K YOU and they'll call and call and call again, trying to wear you down.
A trick they don't know, on the rear of your standard telephone is a switch that cuts off the ringer, Use it and cut them off, OR you can ban them by calling you phone company and telling them their number(They'll change it)
All names are fake, they're hard as hell to stop. Just ignore anything they say, THEY CANNOT HAVE
YOU ARRESTED, CANNOT HAVE THE POLICE AT YOUR DOOR, OR THREATEN YOUR JOB.
They are thieves, Don't listen to them.
