Once again this guy is lying to everyone !!  The new place he's at is a joke !!  We are currently trying to get a hold of someone who can pull up his record . We were informed that he has extent police record for being a drug addict and continiously doing methanphetamines on and off the job. All you have to do is go in and take a good look at him.  If anyone has away to pull up police records. PULL HIS UP !!!  He is a SCAM artist. Once we get his information we will post online for everyone to see., Dont trust this guy or the company he works for. he is a leech and a joke of a human being ! Save your hard earned money. We all work hard amd deserve to buy from someone who is respected and not from someone who is looked at as scum. My wife and i dodge a bullet ! DONT RISK BUYING FROM THEM or their drug addict !!

My wife and I met James Deeley at the Fort Worth Convention Center. We have three pictures with all three men who were there at the convention center display for Extreme Backyard. Yes, James you were there- and we met you. We also met your cronie- Raphael Ishida. You may have left for California in Nov 2009 but you were here in Fort Worth August 2009. The Convention center also has registration records for Back yard Extreme.

Your rebuttal claiming that this is a competitor who filed this RIP OFF report does not make sense- because if you in fact filed for dissolution of the company (you would have no competitor at this point for that area or business.

Now you are in the Riverside California area ripping off more people. If in fact you filed for a dissolution of partnership, it would be because too many people were hot on your trail and you two had to come up with a better scam.

Dallas/Fort Worth if you have been RIPPED OFF by James Deeley and/or Raphael Ishida DBA Extreme Backyards please go to the local police dept- they are more than willing to ltake a report and stop these SCAM ARTISTS!!!

Again, a picture paints a thousand words and oh... there you are (drinking your beers- hidden under your counter) standing next to the beautiful backyard BBQ we never got but instead got ripped off for $720.00. The dual cell phone camera (I PHONE) certainly are great handy little tools to keep memories of- aren't they.

We have been targeted yet again by a competitor who seems to think that rip off report will slander our name. We have a very good reputation in the industry with both our clients and vendors.We strive to provide the Best Service in the industry and have done so . The competitor in question is the BBQ OUTLET which carries a F rating with the Better Business Bureau. 

It is ashamed that a company carrying an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau has to resort to lies and deceit and can not back it up. We can provide many references and have a very good rating with the BBB. 

Once again ,beware of BBQ outlet based in Orange Ca. and check the BBB Rating of the company.

  We recently ran into this guy at a new location that he's going to start ripping everyone off at !  It's located in Ontario Ca. From the beginning he gave us a bad vibe, he was extremely pushy and impatient with our questions. Not to mention he reaked of POT !!  We got prices from him, called around and did some research and found out he's been screwing everyone STATE to STATE and no one in the industry likes or trusts him. DO NOT BUY FROM his new scam !!  Heres links all over the internet about him.  BUYERS BEWARE. WE purchased from a BBQ company out of Orange Ca, none of them were thieves or smelled like pot.

I ,James Deeley , Filed for Disillusion of partnership from Raphael Ishida in July of 2009.

He continued to do business under the name and subsequently did not pay taxes and caused numerous miscarriages of justice. I was in California in NOV.2009 and can provide Documentation to back that up. Please ,if you have an issue with Raphael Ishida,Do not put me in the mix.He ripped me off as well.
