I am now currently working for the sales crew that you speak of , and not all of the crews are like that. I work for Powerhouse sales and have for 8 years and all we run is clean NCA. All of our magazines go to where they are sapposed to go and all of our orders clear. I hate the companies that give us a bad name so there are good crews out there you just need to have the inside.

I worked for ryan atkins, and went on a spur with scribner, we were in pocatello idaho i think, and old scribbs pulled one of his MIA weeks, the dude got drunk and left us his cadillac, the van , and all pad cases. He dissapeared for a week, and came back hungover. I miss that guy! He thought he was real big making nasty comments to us girls, I remember when he tried to throw my padcase at me. The look on his face when i threw it back at him was priceless. I wonder if hes drank himself to death yet??? hmmmmmmmm

I am a former employee of Team Xtreme Sales, owned and operated by James Scribner. Through my Experiences of Working for Mr. Scribner, I have learned many valuable life experiences i can apply towards my future. The purpose of Mr. Scribners sales group was to promote a positive working enviornmet driven by sharp, motivated young people who share a common purpose to make money, travel the country, and have fun. Some people, who joined the crew took advantage of this oppurtunity they had and started manipulating their own version of what they wanted their cross country sales experience to be. I worked for and with Mr. Charles Heacox, he was a crew motivator when i was an agent. I rode in the front seat of his van. ( a van consists of 4-8 agents, and motivator- (driver) ). The company sponsors a contest called the National Cash Awards, A contest 3 times a year, where agents compete in a race with points, the top 3 agents win fantastic prizes and a real trip to London, Paris , Acopulco. ( I know people who won the contest and went on the trip ). During the contest, agents are compensated on a pay scale triggered to promote motivation, goal setting, achieving, and the benefits to follow. ( Numerous times I won bonuses worth more than $400.00) I saw the money. It Is real. Mr. James Scribner, (owner of Team Xtreme) clears every order turned into him by his agents, he does not condone, promote or endorse any agent to lie or steal to a customer. My Experience as an Agent for Team Xtreme Sales has been nothing but positive, amd exciting- an 8 month roller coaster ride testing every emotion, and many real life situations, which will only be useful for me in my future. I wouldn't trade my experiences for anything!
