James Shelvy aka Specialty Real Estate Concepts, aka SRC ripoff con artist fake ripoff fraudulent ripoff business mistreated and ripped off fraudulent ripoff business ripoff artists fraud SAINT LOUIS, MO Missouri .....
A year ago I signed a sales application as a guaranteur. Months afterward, Jim Shelvy said that his vehicle would be repod if he didnt catch up with a late fee that slipped through the cracks.
The late fees grew over a 7 month period to total $2100. Feeling financially obligated to help him, I paid him the money agreed to be a loan and soon after he disappeared. I found out from Ford Motor Credit that my name was not used to get him credit on the car after all.
I was never financially liable. So, in addition to the below issues, I am also out $2100 to this person that touted himself as a credible business partner.
