Our reveived a faxed t-shirt offer. Upon calling the phone number listed 954-575-5552 (you always have to leave a message and they will call you back, a real person NEVER answers th ephone). Anne from the company returned my call and faxed me 2 letters of recommendation regarding their services. One was from another United Way in Texas. I called and spoke to the director and she gave a good recommendation. After that there was very good communication through email.

After the order was placed on 4/9/07 she called DHL to pick up the check. DHL picked up the check within an hour after confirming the price, color, quantity of shirts. After they received their money the emails slowed down dramically and phone calls were not returned.

Finally when contact was made, every excuse was given, even using the Virginia Tech tragedy saying her relatives were involved. Last week i was told the shirts shipped but when I asked the name of the shipping company and tracking number Anne said she would work on it but I never got it.

The shirts were supposed to ship out Thursday May 3 next day air so they would come in May 4th and have them for the UNITED WAY DAY OF CARING May 5th. They never came in. My gut instincts tell me I'm probably not going to. I have contacted the Coral Springs Detective Unit for investigation into this matter. I will also call the Florida State Bureau of Inverstigation.

Received shirts for United Way Day of Caring, Everything Good

I did get my shirts and the quaility was good. The artwork and sizes were exactly what I ordered. Without sounding to negetive, my shirts came in about 2 days after my event. But that's ok. I'm happy with the quaility and I'm glad that everything worked out. This was the first time I ordered shirts and I was also a little inexperienced as well. Jane Jane did work hard to get all of my changes corrected and I appreciate that.

Received T-Shirts 1 week late for our Day of Caring, but I did receive them. I emailed several times asking for the tracking number. If they would have given me that I could have seen that my shipment was on it's way instead on merely taking their word for it. A lot of miscommuniction could have been avoided and set my mind at ease if only they would have provided me the tracking number like I requested. All is well and the shirts looked great.
