Jason R. Price and Gina N. Rodgers, his companion, were ordered by the Hillsborough County Court on February 6, 2009 to be evicted from my home. They began a one-year Lease on August 1, 2008. Be aware of leasing / renting to these individuals as that they only want to pay weekly rent. They will attempt to make you believe they are victims of bad landlords and only have one eviction in their past.

From the first week they were in my home, problems arose, including claiming my new refrigerator caused their food to go bad. Later, when not paying the rent, they claimed there was an insidious odor coming from my garbage disposal. After that, they claimed their clothes didn't dry fast enough in my dryer. If you come to collect the rent in person, you will be assaulted, name-called, ridiculed, etc.

When nearing the edge with these folks and after serving a 3-day notice, they will then attempt to apologize and resume paying the rent. Subsequent, the games start up all over again. They will each cry and beg but then refuse to pay the rent or other charges associated with the Lease. Anyone who meets these people need to check the court records first so that their lengthy and serial-type eviction pattern and judgments can be confirmed.

My eviction is their 9th eviction in a short period of time. Please also check the spelling of Ms. Rodger's name when reviewing any application (Rodgers vs. Rogers). Mr. Price is a quasi-derelict and has a profane big mouth; they are a mixed couple. It is suspected that drugs are involved. DO NOT RENT TO THESE PEOPLE. I found out too late because I trusted the woman because she has a young son who is a very good kid.

Gina N. Rodgers and Jason M. Price, n/k/a Gina N. Rodgers-Price and Jason M. Rodgers-Price were evicted in August 2017.  Their landlord finally got them out of his home after filing 7 evictions during the 4 years they lived there. Each time, they came up with the money before the Writ could be executed.  However, they did not pay after the 8th eviction was filed and the Writ of Possession executed by the Sheriff. This final time they left their few belongings and food and moved into a house on the same street!  However, they drive a new Mustang!

Gina Rodgers and Jason Price who are now married presently live @ (((REDACTED))) Oldsmar, Florida.  As such, they are now in the landlord's fifth round of eviction proceedings for not timely paying rent.  This landlord obviously doesn't know their background or the over 20 evictions they have gone through together previously.  They continue to play the poor me card and that they are discriminated.  The near 20k judgment the court awarded in 2009 remains unpaid.

Since evicting these two tenants in February of 2009 they have been since evicted four more times. Both of these dead-beat tenants are judgment proof as they do not own anything or have incomes enough to garnish for their surmounting money judgments.

Jason Price and Gina Rodgers a/k/a Gina Rogers have now been evicted on the dates of September 20, 2010; April 7, 2011; July 11, 2011; and July 18, 2012.  The majority of all of their evictions in the approximate amount of 20 of more were obtained in Tampa, Hillsborough County, Florida.  

Their last eviction of July 18, 2012 was obtained in Pinellas County, Florida (Oldsmar).  These tenants do not own very much furniture including only having mattresses to lay on the floor.  

They have a son and a big dog.  BEWARE.

The arrogant and sarcastic comment written by these past tenants speaks for itself.  If not the truth in my brief summary of my Landlord / Tenant experience with them how do they then explain they were subsequently evicted on the dates of September 20, 2010 (wherein they were also accused of theft); April 7, 2011; and July 11, 2011.  Anyone considering renting to this couple needs to check out the Hillsborough County online court and official records for both individuals (Jason Price and Gina Rodgers).  As an aside, my garnishment proceedings were dismissed albeit Mr. Price posed as a social security disabled worker when all the time he held a full-time job in Tampa).  Be wary if you wish to keep your property safe and to avoid going through difficult interactions with this couple.

Possible landlords have not checked this site to discover the tenant-type history of both Jason Price & Gina Rodgers.  They have been evicted again, this time in October, 2010.  Please do not rent to these two people; they are serial deadbeat tenants.

Later, when not paying the rent, they claimed there was an insidious odor coming from my garbage disposal. After that, they claimed their clothes didn't dry fast enough in my dryer and that I owed them a wash-dry-fold service each week.
