Complaint Review: Jason Wilkie Robert Slate - North Myrtle Beach South Carolina

Google their names.  Robert Slate and Jason Wilkie.  I posted an ad on Craigs List as well to see if anyone else had been done this way and there is also a school that they did a fundraiser for and they havent been paid the first dollar.  I still have not recieved any receipts from them about the replacement of any items- I never was given these items.  Per their email and I will copy and paste it here they were paying her the money as agreed.  We are having to order her some of her equipment and these items are not cheap.  I offered several times to meet them.  I have three children one which is special needs and they didnt even want to meet me half way.  Here is a copy of that email as well.  They are liers and theives.  They have posted on their website now if you want to question how they do business to call them.. OMG- is that a flag or what?  Also they have Roberts parents selling puppies for them in North Carolina.  Both of their parents are from there.  They do not follow thru with their promises.  This was not a family fun day for my family it was a celebration of her life and to try to raise money FOR HER.  Why would you call it free??  I PAID Wade Entertainment on that day.  I made arrangments for the site, I purchased signs, bought items for that day and the list goes on.  Also I will be glad to provide as many witness as you want as the Karate school that was performing at that time saw and heard it all as well as the two CHRISTIAN guys that were doing the sound.  You embarassed yourself.  You have not followed thru with what you promised.  Nobody rode your camel or your ponies without paying noone not even my own child.  So stop lieing!  You know what the truth will come out you will end up telling on yourself and my point of posting this is to let others know about the way that you do business and yall suggested the benefit and I will post that email as well.  For anyone wanting to know more read the complaint with the Better Business Bureau.  I am filing all emails and testimonies from those there with them in BLACK and WHITE.  PAPER DOESNT LIE! I do not see how you lie down at night knowing you have done what you did.  Any yes things got hostile after you got in MY fathers face and cussed him and you talked trash about my daughter and called me names that should never be said to a woman.  You said those things first before things got hostile.  You were asked to LEAVE not to leave the event but the area and to go back down there where you needed to be.  The only vendor that saw the whole thing was Wade Entertainment and I am going to forward him via MAIL a copy of your email to me with the fees you said so that he can see that you lied to me!! Thats all you are is a liar.  You will pay for your actions one day and I pray every day that you will not do this to another family and that you wont take from another school or another soul!  I strongly believe that you will get what is owed to you.  God will oversee these devilish things that you are doing.  Its not right and you know it.  You know that I went out my way to meet up with you.. and why were you going to meet me to give me her money if you were going to be making a donation to NKH?   I think you are telling on yourself right there.. Like I said everyone will find out that you are lieing I am just allowing that time for you to keep on so that you can tell on yourself.  If you would like with the money you made off of her you can buy some of the things that she desperatly needs: Bath Chair:  $700 Stroller for Handicap Children:  $1200 Car Seat with head support for Handicap Children $600 + or you can buy her a feeder chair: $several hundred (cant remember exactly how much) that way you will know how the money is spent.  This is what we were raising money for and to get to Michigan for the once a year family get together with other families with this disorder and to meet the ONE dr that studies this.  But you took that from her!  You did that.  Lay down tonight and think about that ok.  Get a life.  I have a child to take care of and to spend every second with that I can.  To anyone who reads this consider the things that they have done and how they do business and do your research.  The truth is out there.  It only takes a second to find out about them.  Ask around. This is the email stating they were bringing me Raychels money.  Lori and Ray,    After our conversation today, Tuesday, June 09, 2009, we really need to settle up on the Benefit for Raychel that was held on May 30th since both parties involved have had scheduling conflicts (for a meeting to settle up) as well as end all communication between us..  I, Jason called (you today) to follow up with you on a time to meet today (Tuesday) per our conversation last week, you had scheduling conflicts, as previously stated I am busy on Wednesday, June 10th however I would like to get this resolved ASAP on Thursday, June 11th in the afternoon.  As you know there are 2 sides to every story and I now know more of the truth.  After several emails from people responding to me from your site asking 5 Star Farm really interesting questions about where the monies went, will go from the benefit on May 30th?  As we (you and I) discussed I will donated the Camel and Pony Rides money per our arrangement. Our meeting, you will receive Camel and Pony Ride monies as well as vendor monies.  Also, at the exchange I will need my tent (blue one that you used at the ticket table), money apron and cooler (used at snow cone machine ).  Furthermore, at this time we will also exchange dogs my pug male and your boston male.  If you will bring the AKC litter application I will sign so you can register your litter.   As to our meeting, for a clean brake we will meet at the Police Station in Nicoles (half way for both parties), so there will be no conflicts, all will be nice, a smooth transaction and no need for more drama.  As to you slandering me (Jason), Robert or 5 Star Farm I think for all involved this should be removed, as I have stated "2 slides to every story" and we need not get anyone else involved with this matter.  Please fill free to post this email on your site but, after we meet to resolve this issue needs to be dropped (no more communication or emails sent or posted concering this after Thursday June 11th.).    So there is no confusion please email me at (((ROR redacted))) as to when on Thursday afternoon is best for you to meet.  I will have arranged with the Sergeant's on duty so Thursday will be no Issues...   Jason   CLICK here to see why Rip-off Report, as a matter of policy, deleted either a phone number, link or e-mail address from this Report.

We made a donation to the NKH Network on behalf of Raychel Brewer for $50.00. Since we never receive our items back (that were used at the Benefit on May 30^th.) the donation was less than we took in, to cover replacement of our items that were not returned and bill for sign printing. We asked over and over for Lori to locate this items, so we could make a fully donation on behalf of Raychel. Replacement was $189.00 for our tent ($97.00 + tax) and cooler ($78.00 + tax). Payment of sign printing ($85.60) and money apron (still trying to locate) would have left a donation of $27.50.

Making a donation of the remaining money to the NKH Network on behalf of Raychel Brewer was to ensure it would go for researcher to find a cure. We do regret this had to happen this way but, due to the changes Lori made about the Benefit, the deiced to vendors (on where funds were going), the benefit changed to a family fun day, we did feel this was the best way. We will send the BBB and Lori copies of the receipts and copy of money order for the donation so Lori will see we made the donation.
