Jay is looking for investors for his motorsports themed hospitality centers. Pitstop 500 centers. He's been at this for several years and never has made the slightest progress toward building anything. All he does take peoples money to live off of and he moves on to the next investor. He has never and will never build a single center.
He will woo you with his knowledge of triplenet leases/motorsports and real estate, seeming to be an expert but I assure you, your money will not be going to advance this business nor will you ever receive a return.
He goes through investor after investor month after month and pockets the money. I've never met a more dishonest person in all my life, I have personal witnessed him tell lie upon lie to big investors all in the effort to get their money. He will name drop, pit one investor against the other - "so and so is IN so all I need is your check" then turn around and say the same thing to the next guy.
He keeps most things out of his name so he will be very hard to track. There is no information about him on the net that would deter anyone so I thought it was imperative that someone post a warning for folks.

I am responding to this report without knowing if it was filed by an investor or a disgruntled ex-employee. All of the investors that have been involved in this business know that I have worked very hard to get the company launched. Raising money for a new venture is difficult (especially in these times) and we have had setbacks and large funding deals that have not come to fruition. The poster has chosen to withold their identity but claims to have been witness to activity and seems to know my intentions by making accusations that are unfounded and unfair but hiding by anomonity. They use a claim of "bait & switch" but every investor has been treated fairly and candidly and I have not hidden from anybody. They on the other hand choose not to be candid or even acknowledge an identity. As I speak to investors I disclose that I have worked on this project for 2 years and the investors have been friends and acquintances and I invite potential investors to meet or speak with them to verify that they invested based on my concept, my passion to get adequately funded and the openess I have provided in our progress, setbacks and intentions. The majority of people that put money into this company have known me for years (some decades) and did so based on my prior track record with them and in business. The disparging remarks in this posting are hateful and the fact that the person has chosen to not identify themself should be used to weigh the credibility. To claim that I have no intention of building any of these projects is a complete lie. We have struggled like many startups do... but my intention is and always has been to build a bold and dynamic company... not hide and lie like the person posting this. The truthful part of this posting is that I will "say the same thing to the next guy". My story and presentation of PitStop 500 is and always will be consistent. I do not lie to people that have or are considering investment in the company. Saying that little information about me is on the web is because I have never made it a practice of lying, stealing or misleading. Can the poster say the same thing?
