I have already posted a report under Emperor's Elegancy.
I found them through Jay Pratt's-- I ordered off the identical website and was routed to EE's customer service.
In short, I was unable to get a confirmation of my order details or a tracking number of any sort, I only got a response when I threatened to report them for fraud just saying that my order hadn't gone out yet. I was offered a refund on the almost $60 I paid for overnight shipping (the order was so late there was no longer a point). When I FINALLY received the order, it was incomplete (I had a smoking jacket with personalized embroidery, there was no embroidery).
I have yet to get any sort of refund or any sort of response from the company. My only way to contact them is through email, as the phone number that is listed on my statement is for a trucking company.
