JBC Legal Group Fraudulant Bad Check Claim Bloomfield New Jersey
I had been getting calls from this JBC group, and wass finally able to contact them personally. Seems that they have a bad check claim against me from 1997, from an account I never had, and from a bank that I did not start using until much later...even the SSN they provided was wrong.
They claim to have sent 4 certified letters to me, at my physical address, which I have never received.
If their contacts do not stop immediately after having all of this explained to them, I will file harassment charges against them, because for once I have the means to disprove their claims.
