Complaint Review: JBL Real Estate - Baltimore Maryland

   When trying to appear as more than one person, you've really got to do your homework or you end up looking like an idiot.

   For example, you originally posted as Dennis, then you attempted to post as Mike G., but this site knew that you were the original poster.   Note red letters at the top of the rebuttal.   The site can tell when the original poster attempts to pretend to be someone else in the rebuttal.    Why the rebuttal is under the name Mike G. and you claim to be Gordon is probably more confusion on your part.

   Bottom line, your credibility in this post is shot.   You didn't fool anyone.

I am an employee here and work as a Marketing Associate.  Which is to say I make up some pretty flyers and spend my time listening to the other agents in the office tell me how great things are going.  I have known Jeremy to act like he is a gangster sometimes, but his 165 lbs stature wouldnt be too intimidating if you ask me.  Plus, I think he spends to much time doing his hair, shopping for clothes and sharing peanut butter with his dog, to really be violent.  As for the secretary, all I know is we dont talk about him too much.  I know he was in the opera at one time or some harmonic production in Baltimore and may play for the other team.  As far as his background in Accounting and such, I know he is our Male b***h now and answers the phone like a secretary, but Jeremy calls him our Comptroller.  I think it is to make him feel better, because I know it isnt his lousy paycheck that keeps him there.  As for Jeff, well, he is some sort of partner or something or maybe was at sometime, but is not with us anymore.  Apparently he has some Food Service Business somewhere in NY or maybe its Maryland with his boyfriend or something.  Henry is another associate of ours and is an agent.  He is Jeremy's do everything with friend.  Mike is another agent in our office and he is doing projects while trying to use his background as a minor league baseball player to make it in the real estate world.  As for a lot of the items published about us, well, we are like any other company that is selling, or not selling real estate in Baltimore.  We are going to tell you everything is great, but people know real estate is down right now. We still all have egos and want to make it sound like we are doing great, but I am just glad I have my architect degree to fall back on, because I can tell you with the amount of money we owe banks,contractors and other companies, we are just like every other company out there. We are like the Titantic that already hit the iceberg. Oh well, I cant dispute everything listed above about us, but I do think maybe some of it was puffed up or fabricated. Although, I am not sure.  When you work for a shady real estate brokerage in commercial real estate, you know there are many shades of Gray.  So JBL I think may push those gray areas, but we havent been shut down yet or the IRS hasnt came knocking at our door yet, so I guess we are ok.  My name is Gordon if you want to ask me anything else, I can be reached at (((ROR redacted)))
