JC Auto Sales Scammed me out of my money and a car Kansas City Kansas
JC Auto Sales on 1151 Minnesota Ave Kansas City, KS, put on my title for registration that I paid $2500 for my vehicle but on my contract it says $13,995. When I refused to go along with frauding the state, he took my title back and refused me of my title for a whole month giving excuses saying I would be able to sign another title with the correct price on it but never gave me anything.
My payment came around on December 19th, when I didn't come in that day because I was working 2 jobs (they only do cash payments btw), they came and "repossessed" my car on December 21st (after 1 day) from my job and I have receipts the I have not been late paying previously. I believe he was waiting on a reason because I called him out on his fraud and he had already wrote a fraudulent amount on the title and signed.
They also stole a few items out of my car that I know was in there at the time they picked it up. When I tried to ask him for my items, he slammed the door in my face and locked it.
