Jc Galloway The Water Doctor SCAM ARTIST ARROGENT NO GOOD PEOPLE WILL RIP YOU OFF Deland Florida
I was thrilled to see another person complaining about this company. We found them thinking they were Hauge because they gave me a pamphlet all about Hauge products and promises and how our water would be clear and spot free and oh yeah SAFE! Having kids this is important.
We had just bought a house in the country with a well so he came out did his important looking little test and was going to set us up into a system that would take care of everything. Seemed OK so we had the system installed and the water was YELLOW so we had them come back out and they fixed it it was just something minor and it should be fine well we were still remodeling house and not in it living yet and thought give it a bit to get in the big tank he installed cause oh yeah He never showed us anything about the system even though we are supposed to add salt and bleach. So i asked could they send somebody to show us they did barely still not getting it although i wasnt sure they quite knew at this point.
So again we called them stating same thing after emailing several times with no response but its ok cause she says she didnt get any of them and then she was on vacation what a joke!!! So this arrogent man came out and actually told us we were wasting his time it was probably because the salt was low. WHAT we just added salt and i piped in with NO SIR this is the same problem we have been having even after your man just added everything brand new. He was a little more pleasent at this point saying there was indeed something wrong with brine tank or some thing in his system again i dont think he has a clue but he supposedly fixed it.
WHAT A JOKE! still yellow water and after him being so very rude i said enough im going to HAUGE the people we send our money to every month. well after several emails with no response we get one from LYNN GALLOWAY the wife with the emails HAUGE had forwarded to her. NICE so i politly tell her i will not deal with them i will continue with HAUGE. well long story short NEVER heard from HAUGE and if you call them they will say they do nothing this is his company they just do his billing. BUt i said it is HAUGE you are on the brochure he gave us. If anybody is truelly as dumb as she acted im sorry i feel bad for them but i think this is just how they do business.I am so duisgusted and have heard their are many others and i will find them because since the system was picked up i am paying a 400.00 breach of contract in addition to the 300.00 install fee i already payed and the monthly charge i have payed for yellow crap water and neither jc galloway or Hauge takes any responsibility but we were told if we dont pay they will report to credit and take us to court. Anybody else please contact me this is just a short version of my aggravation.

I worked for another water company in the area, and replaced alot of hague equipment - I didn't meet one person who knew that they had signed a 5 year agreement for the lease of that equipment or that they would have to pay between $300 - $500 for breach of contract! these are nasty people! If you buy the equipment, and you don't let them service it once a year (at great expense) then they threaten to void the warranty (I didn't know a dealer could do that as the manufacturer gives the warranty not the dealer)! however, Hague don't seem to care who sells their equipment or how the customers are treated by jc galloway and his wife - all they care about is getting your money oh and don't complain as Lynn has a knack of being a complete b***h on the phone and will hang up on you - excellent customer service!
