I ordered 3 Shell gas cards around April 2008. I was informed it may take 3 weeks to recieve them in the mail and that seemed normal to me.

I waited about a month and a half giving them ample time to arrive but I never got them. I decided to call and find out what was taking so long. During my call I was assured I would receive a call about the matter so I was satisfied.

I waited 2 weeks to be called and instead received a letter informing me a second set of cards had been sent out. So I waited another month for te cards to arrive. Nothing.

I have been calling every few weeks ever since and I either get transferred to a wrong number or they promise I will get a call back which I never get. I even had a lady begging me to trust her on her personal honor that she would make sure I got a call.

Another lady said her name was Lisa and she gave me a wrong number and extension to dial to get her directly so she could help me with my problem personally. The number was incorrect. I managed to get Lisa again and she seemed really confused that the number didn't work. She gave me another direct number.

The second "direct" number gave me to Stonebridge Life Insurance and I explained to that lady it was a mistake and I needed to get back to Fun Family Rewards card processing. She thought it was odd that I was given her number. She tried to sell me some life insurance before transferring me to where I needed to go.

The woman that answered after I was transferred said there are no extentions and she told me no one by the name of Lisa works there. By this point I didn't care I just wanted to get my money back or figure out where the gift cards were.

I was told to go to my post office and see if any of my mail was being held. I did and they had nothing for me. The lady at the post office asked me to check if the gift cards were sent through some sport of registered mail.

I once again called Fun Family Rewards and the lady that aswered this time said that they do send it through registered mail and she would have the gift cards tracked but they would have to call me back. I told her I would call her back because in the 4+ months I have been calling asking for the cards I have never received a call back.

I just finished calling them today and the operator I spoke with told me that there was no way to track my gift cards and that if they were going to help me any further I would need to send them the gift cards. She told me they send their cards in regular mail. (Not what the other lady said!)

I am totally lost for words on this. Somehow I can receive a letter from them telling me they are sending me my gift cards but the actual gift cards have disappeared completely BOTH times they claimed to have sent them. I have no way of finding where they went because apparently no records are kept on the gift cards. All they tell me is they sent it twice and there is nothing they can do until I send them back.

I am out $60 and I definetely warn anyone dealing with them to stay away. The lack of responsibility and follow through on their part is reason enough to not want to deal with them.
