Contracted for plumbing work. Because of the shoddy nature of the work, poor work ethics, and poor customer service had to contract it to another person. The contractor warranty has no value. Does not stand behind it, and simply lies on your face. Stay away if you want to save your hard earned money. Contractor is known by the name Charlie. His full name appears to be Jose Charles Gallani, and thus the name JCGResidential. Willing to promise anything to get work, and then turn his back when his shoddy work falls apart.
