Sales persons were very courteous and helpful but we could not find a suitable replacement and need to return the item. Returns are not an option according to the customer service dept and the sales staff at the store and seems to be company policy. I challenge this option especially since there was no suitable replacement to fit our needs.I feel I should be able to return the item in question or a credit to my account, which is paid in full following most purchases. I expect to pay the restocking fees and possible delivery pickup charges.
Please expedite this troubling matter.
