I ordered a Musical Instrument Clock as a Christmas present for my son on 11-9-00 from a flier in the Sunday news paper. I was hoping to get it in by Christmas. I had made a copy of the ad and check before I sent it off. I started calling the number a week before christmas to check on the status of my order. The number was always busy.
In January 10, 2001 and I was still waiting on the clock. I saw a news report on a local TV station about an older woman(50 to 60 years old). She had ordered some ear piece to help her hear the TV better. They showed the ad which she had ordered from. I told my husband that it was the same number I had been trying to call to check on my order.
I got concerned, so I started researching this situation and company. The check I wrote cleared my account on 11-27-00.
I got on-line and searched on their name......Boy was I suprized! There are tons of conplaints about this compnay here on Rip-off Reprot!
My view on this subject is that this company is making money off of honest people and not sending the merchantize.
LET'S SHUT THEM DOWN.....LET'S SPREAD LIKE A WILD FIRE!!!!!!!
I don't like being taking advantage of. If it was you, you wouldn't like it either. Please take my advise, if you want to order something through the mail call the number first if it is busy then don't order from them until you get thru to a company representative. It is now March 22, 2001 and all I have gotten is a post card in the mail sayings my order would be here on or about 2-14-00. Yeah Right....still waiting.
If you try the 1-800 number on the ad it is always busy. Don't believe me, try it: 1-888-414-5333.
Please help me spread the word on this company.

jan 2002 I ordered an item that is called
the mini ear...
febuary 2002 was told that the factory was behind in production march 2002 was told that item could not be obtained an a refund will be sent...
april 29 2002 no refund yet...
called and was told that check had to be signed by the boss.. he will be in office end of week.
you bet rip off company....
