I ordered one mini dish and two storage-stools for Christmas gifts. By the end of December I had still not received anything, so I phoned the number on the little order form.
A woman finally answered and her answer to my question was that the mini dish was out of stock and they would be getting some more in soon, and would send out my order as soon as they received their supplies.
I was assured the order would be sent out by mid-January and I would receive it by the end of January. I tried phoning the number again in February but the number had been disconnected.
I have gone on-line and emailed them a request for refund, not once but twice, and have not heard anything in reply.
In viewing the website they boast a guarantee of "satisfaction or your money refunded". What B.S.!
I will continue to harass them, and will take whatever measures I have to in order to get my $113.93 back!
That's a whole weeks pay for me! I worked hard for my money and they have no right to it!
DO NOT ORDER FORM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY!
