JD Marvel ripoff I sent a check to jd marvel for a pair of moccasin slippers and to date I have not received them. my checked was cashed may 1,2003 Hawkesbury Internet
I wrote a check for a pair of moccasins in the amount of $10.90, made payable to the J.D Marvel company on May 1, 2003. The check was cashed and still to date I have not received the product. I went online to check the status and to my surprise I found several letters of complaint from customers that paid for merchandise and did not recieve. These complaints date as far back as june 2001 and as many as about 600 in total. I don't understand how a company can adverstise that they have been in business since 1993 with so many complaints. $10.90 may not be a lot of money but if you are on a fixed income this can make a big difference in your budget. If I owed J.D Marvel $10.96 and didn't pay them Iam sure this would effect my credit report. Iam not usually one to rock the boat but if i don't get some positive results iam willing to forward this letter to the fox 2 news problem solvers.
