Sadly, I hired this company in March and per our signed contract, they should have completed on 4/20/2018. Well that didn't happen. Here were are July 5, 2018 and my house is still no where near complete. In addition they disconnected and relocated my HAVC system and it has still not been reconnected (For 8 weeks now) so we are sweltering in the heat as we have no air conditioner to use. Contractor has gotten all but $722 of a $37,409 remodel and work is not only incomplete but apparently he has also not purchased the materials to complete the job and continues to ask for us to purchase ourselves. What did he do with the money and why is my job 3 months overdue? Great question. He and his crew disappear for days at a time, will not call, communicate, will not answer emails or test messages.
I tried very hard to be understanding and patient but too many promises are made and not kept. They have made it very apparent that they could not care one bit about putting our lives on hold as we have been living for almost 4 months in one back bedroom of our house with no heat, no air, and no useable kitchen. Our dog, and ourselves have been like prisoners in that room wondering from day to day if they will actually show up and work or not and if they do show, will anything actually be accomplished. We are at our wits end.
I do not have the money to hire someone else to complete the job nor to buy the materials this company was supposed to buy (Vinyl siding, skylights, etc). The vinyl siding had been off large portions of the house since the start and the underlying materials have been exposed to tons of rain and now heat and sunlight. I just do not understand this lack of work ethic and unprofessionalism.
I really wanted to give the owner and his head workman a chance and made many allowance but they have crossed the line and took my kindness for weakness. Well, no more. People need to be warned.
Hire them at your own risk !!

Hey, have you read my rip off report? Very similar story and we will be in court July 19th if you want to sit in. Please reprot them for no plumbing license as I am sure they did plumbing with all the other things they messed with at your home.
I am very sorry to hear this happened to you and have tried to get the word out about this compnay. It is hard to beleive they are this horrible! Did you see the videos we took? That was just the begining! Major code violations and plumbing problems they created. Not one drain was in correct and we had two major water leaks requiring the removal of my ceiling. He owes lots of money back to me and my insurance and he thinks he will sue me for liable - let's go!
