my ex husband and i bought a car through jdbyryder . we ended up divorced so i moved from west virginia to north carolina. he was court orderedto pay for the car,and he did for a while then stopped.now i was in north carolina working and taking my kids to school.one evening a tow truck pulls up andtakes my car i called jdbyryder who were not willing to work with me ,and sent my car to an auction and sold it. i dont know how much they got for it but i know its now on my credit report for $10.000 .no money credited for was they sold th e car for.
