On November 4, 2014, Jeannie Jones asked me how much I would charge for a simple website for her 6 year old daughter, Miss Jordyn Jones.  When I learned that this was for her daughter and she had a limited budget, I offered to provide the site to her for mere $200.00 which would include the template for $58.00 from Themeforest.net.  I understood that there is not much content needed for her daughter's site, http://www.missjordynjones.com/ and proceeded to build it out after installing the template I purchased for her, which was mobile optimized.  I sent the fifty percent deposit request to Ms. Jones on the morning of November 8, 2014.  To date, Ms. Jones has not replied to any of the emails requesting her for a 5 minute conference call to transfer her daughter's completed site to her registered domain that she owns on Network Solutions.  Ms. Jones stated in writing on November 9, 2014 at 4:51 pm EST that she was going to be sending the deposit via PayPal.  To date, she has neglected to communicate at all regarding her daughter's site, nor respond to the payment, nor even pay the minimal $58.00 for the template from Themeforest, only providing emails with blog posts and additional content to add to her daughter's site.  Beware of this non paying client to anyone that she solicits for work.  Not only was this done in a timely fashion, she doesn't have the common decency to uphold her word for sending deposits nor when she states she will be calling to discuss business.
