Jeff Golden - Golen Tutoring - APlustutoring - is a rip off/Scam! Jeff took my prepaid money for tutoring but never provided a tutor! He tried to raise the price of the service after we signed an agreement. This is illegal!I refused to pay the increase and he has not refunded my money. He comes up with every excuse in the book but I have not seen one dime and never got a tutor! DO NOT FALL FOR HIS SCAM!
