Jeff Mott - Ocean Pacific Investments I was given his name from a realtor in Ohio who said he would buy a house and then sell it to me. I sent him the money he wanted and he played right along with me and now no word after his accident Mesa, Arizona
Please do not fall victim to this person- notice he is not a man. I sent him the money he wanted to the address and he kept in close contact with me all was great got the estimates he wanted me to get on having a few repairs. Then he was in a serious accident and Tom Jacobs was to take over. He (Tom) got the notorization he needed to finish our deal and had the contracts all sent and ready to go then no calls or emails. I kept calling because i figured someone was checking his voice mail as it was never full. No emails nothing left him a voice mail on 09/09/09 at 4:15 then at 5:15 his phone was disconnected and Sprint would not give me his new number. He also said he was including the two house payments he told me not to pay now I am 2 months behind on my house and my 6 kids and husband are in a jam. I promise I will catch him and make him regret he has ever messed with me.

hi recently we met a man named jeff mott by our hotel pool. We became friends and have saw first hand how the scam artist works he has gotten our hopes up on a house but we didn't give any money he has used us in other ways.
at this time he is staying in our hotel room and we think he is gettin ready to jump state. We don't feel what he is doing is right. We have numerous peoples info that he has screwd I wanna him to be stopped and don't knw the right way to do it. Please contact me
