Jeff Mould, tireless conartist and fraudster, is back yet again. Do NOT sign any agreements with him, give him any funding, or perform and services for him or his companies.
Every year he re-emerges, claiming to be in school or launching a start-up that is typically either social media or mobile-based. Do NOT fall for anything he tries to sell you! He's very good at creating mock-ups in Photoshop and then building pretend business plans. He lines up services or money, then disappears after he gets caught in a lie or theft. Don't become his next prey! I have personally met 16 people he has victimized.

BEWARE! Once he rips you off it is impossible to recover your losses- unless you are local to him. But even then, he lives with his parents and works a french fry machine at a Baltimore-area restaurant, so you aren't going to get far even if you haul him to court.
