Jeff Scouten is a complete scumbag. He spent years representing my company. When facts compelled me to investigate collusion and I started a local and national police investigation into allegations of large scale defrauding of the government and perjury. He admitted it to me that he had conspired against his client , but only after asking and confirming he was not being recorded. Jeff should not be able to practice and I advise any new clients to stay right away from him or anyone he associates with. For years I have been disturbed and voliated after what Jeff put myself and my company through. I was inspired to write this after I read he did it to another. John English to whom I will be contacting to see if we can bring a class action and hopefully get Jeff barred from practicing. He his charming but don't be fooled Jeff is a complete Scumbag
