Jeff Yubisoft AKA mypetisland AKA Queen City Pets Internet Fraud; Did not receive goods paid for after 2 months; no communication Union City, Kentucky
I also spent a great deal of time and researched cat trees and decided that the buy 2 get 1 free deal at mypetisland.com was worth a shot. "Jeff" and I emailed back and forth only once regarding the details and then I bought the 2 cat trees and emailed which one I wanted for free.
"Jeff" said it'd take about 2 weeks for them to arrive because they had make the trees at their location. About a week later I emailed him again for a status check and he said when they shipped them I'd get the tracking numbers. A few days prior to their estimated arrival, I started emailing him again for a status.
No more response. I still can't get him to email me back and the phone number for the parent company of yugisoft.com goes to a full voicemail box. I also opened a claim with Paypal and I'm hoping for a refund. Paypal said that sometimes a seller will wait until a buyer opens a claim (which allows the seller 10 days to respond) and then the seller will send something other than what you ordered. Refuse whatever they send.
AS you can see from this report it is identical to the first report filed by coberbro in the report filed in September. It Is now the end of October and it has been 2 months....still no cat trees or communication from this 'Jeff" . This company is clearly a rip-off and should be avoided.

I was screwed by Jeff Douglas just like you. However, I got my money back and so can you! He has several fake websites including kittyjunction.com, mypetisland.com, queencitypets.com, YugiSoft and a bunch of others. The guy never answers his phone or returns a call after you leave a voicemail.
I decided to report him to the police, and it worked. I contacted the Boone County Sheriff in Kentucky, where this loser lives. They made a visit to his house and I got a refund the same morning. I even got his website shut down, but I'm not done with this guy. I want you all to report him to the sheriff. Maybe you will all get your money back like I did, or maybe he will get locked up. I would recommend emailing the address they have on their website. I am not allowed to post the email on this site as per the site's rules (no email addresses in posts). Be specific when contacting them. The perpetrator is Boone County resident Jeff Douglass. Jeff resides at xxBent Tree cir Union KY 41091. Mr. Douglass has been stealing from people using fake Internet sites. He claims to sell products on several websites He collects money and never delivers anything. He is registered with google as: MYS Media 3520 Alnetta Dr Cincinnati OH 45230 However, he lives in Boone County. His domain is registered with godaddy.com under his name and home address. He has been running this scam for years. They will respond within a day or so. They should know the situation, since this just happened to me two weeks ago. The Lieutenant I spoke with was awesome. He got my money back, and I sent him some beer!
