I have asked the editor of this Rip-Off Report to remove this report, because it may be MISREAD as indicating that Dr. Jeffrey Epstein was the surgeon, rather than Dr. Richard Galitz who actually performed the surgery and produced the outcome shown in photographs.
Dr. Jeffrey Epstein was MNOT the Surgeon / the doctor in this case. This report concerns Dr. Richard Galitz.

Firstly, as an employee of the aforementioned company, I would like to begin by acknowledging that we appreciate all patients having the freedom and ability to voice both praise and concern regarding the quality of their medical care. We strive for daily excellence within our own practice and with every patient and therefore encourage all patients to contact their doctor directly if and when they have concerns.
With that being said, I can state with certainty that this patient was not treated by Dr. Jeffrey Epstein, M.D., nor ever even met with Dr. Epstein. Therefore, this report invalidly defames the reputation of Dr. Epstein. The doctor to whom this report refers, Dr. Galitz, is not part of the practice of Jeffrey Epstein, MD, PA.
The explanation provided in this report is inaccurate and shows no evidence of causation and furthermore, incorrectly attributes the quality of one procedure to the work of multiple surgeons a false claim.
You may read 17 anonymous and positive consumer reviews on RealSelf.com (http://www.realself.com/find/Florida/Miami/Facial-Plastic-Surgeon/Jeffrey-S-Epstein#reviews) that demonstrate the high quality of care provided by Dr. Epstein as well as hundreds of patient testimonials on the Foundation for Hair Restoration website (http://www.foundhair.com).
Dr. Epstein has been in private solo practice since 1996, and is triple board certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery, and the American Board of Otolaryngology, and is recognized as one of the most reputable and honest hair restoration surgeons in the country.
Please kindly and immediately remove Dr. Jeffrey Epsteins name from this report as it is an inconsistent conclusion and may be considered a statement of defamation.

This is Dr. Galitz, the surgeon- and the only surgeon- who performed this patient’s procedure. Because of HIPAA regulations, I am significantly limited in what I can say about the patient and his procedure. Like every elective cosmetic surgery procedure, hair transplantation has risks as well as benefits. These risks increase the higher the number of procedures performed, all of which were explained and an informed consent was signed.
What appears to be occurring- although it is difficult to make an assessment just from photos when the patient has never returned for a single follow up visit- is some surrounding shock loss to the donor area. This is an unfortunate occurrence, one that does typically improve with time as well as some intervention- intervention once again that is impossible to be provided when the patient has never been back for a follow up. I encourage all of my patients to come back for follow up visits so I can monitor and assist as necessary.

The photographs of my hair "restoration" by Dr. Galitz show that 8 weeks post-op much of the donor-area was rendered bald and may not ever grow hair again. Dr. Epstein called it "shock loss" but offered no remedy other than the suggestion
that I sprinkle it with Topix !!!!
I've watched the video of Dr. Epstein's Hair transplants claiming 1600 and 2000 or more follicular Units transplanted in a single session.
I've seen the claimed 1-day and 2-day post-op results and the difference between these claimed results and what I experienced is quite dramatic.
But, the videos are very slick.
I am left to wonder why I did not receive such miraculous treatment from the guy (Dr. Galitz) who Dr. Epstein says trained him.
