That is another Joke. I have seen your pictures. In fact I am emialing the companies whose names you are tarnishing. She also says that Julie would never say F off if you really knew her. I am taking Sean does not really know her but just did one transaction with her. So Sean is probbably right when He said Jen Jules told him to F-off after selling him immitation designer wear. Blame all your problems on one person. Sounds like slander to me. Sounds like many people have a problem with you. Also, you state you should report to Ebay that you did not pay in Western union. How in the heck would Ebay know this? How old are you? You also state a Ben Sherman shirt is impossible to shred? Do you have hardcore evedence to back this up? I have had Versace pants shred up. Your shirts are immitatons anyway according to the pictures you post.

1. JENJULES, has over 216 positive feedback 2. I personally take pictures of the items that I help list for Julie, and we do not change or sew on tags. I simply list what I get. The items are not knockoffs because we purchase them from stores at reasonable prices. We clearly look at the items and the quality. If they are not quality or we believed the item to be fake we would not even consider purchasing them. As well, we are very busy, moms with typical jobs. We do this on the side for Starbucks money. We definately do not have the time to sew on tags and we would not even know where to find any "fake tags." or "knock offs." 3. In reading Sean, from Bloomington Minnesota's e mail, if you knew Julie, you would know she would never say or respond Fu--off! as his e-mail claims. Also, I see what is listed and sold, and I would definately speak up if I saw an item that would shred, and I would not list an item like that. Because I help list the items, I can personally tell you that this person has never contacted us with a complaint that I am aware of and we do not believe this person or the person by the name of Jasmine in San Diego has even purchased from us. 4. This vindictive and negative report started after JENJULES purchased a cell phone from EVERSTDC Menomonie Wisconsin. Julie, did not use Western Union as claimed by Everstdc. When JENJULES left a negative comment on EBAYER "Everstdc,'s" account after Everstdc, failure to respond, Everstdc, posted that Julie, was a fraud and posted negative feedback on Jenjules EBAY account Ally_Katt. Everstdc, is the one and only negative feedback out of over 216 positives. 7. I told Julie, to provide a copy of her paypal transaction to EBAY customer support to prove that Everstdc, is not being truthful in her claim that Julie, used Western Union 9. What is also interesting about the rebuttal marked update employee inside information dated 9/17, is that there are no other insiders! Just Julie, an other helper and myself. I can tell you I would not help or assist Julie, in anyway if I thought she and her friend were dishonest. 8. It would be impossible for the items to shred as claimed, especially a Ben Sherman shirt. I personally look at the items and even state on EBAY wash instructions as listed on the garment. 9. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to e mail us. I hope that you will look at our feedback, you will be able to determine that all these negative statements occured on this sight upon the transaction with this one EBAYER who got angry when JENJULES "Julie," posted a negative comment to seller everstdc99. 10. Also, if you buy an item from us and you are dissatisfied, please let us know right away. We will certainly make accomodations. 11. Last thing, it is my belief what comes around goes around. When people slander others, it comes back to them worse.

I have let all my chain stores in the Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona locatons know about this. Not one of my retailers will buy from ally_katt. I find Ripoff Report to be very usefull from protecting me from getting ripped off from dishonest people. I have also reported ally_katt to all of my distributers on the east coast and one located in Oregon. Networking works great to fight fraud. What do other Ebayers do about Fraud? Does anybody else from Ebay read these besides a few of us?

I am the Ebayer that was stated above that gave her the negative. I have no idea how her clothing is but she did try to defraud me. I will not take Western Union online. Every Ebayer knows that. That is fraud. She also stated that I did not give her a Sims card. I never offerd the Sims card in my auction. Again Fraud. The Phone was brand spanking new with all of its accessoris and manuels. I sell this phone on Ebay for $240.00 all the way up to $270.00.

I gave her a break and sold it to her for $178.00. Who ever this lady is she needs to stop lying and defrauding people. I wish I saw this before the bidding ended. She even states that she tried contacting me many times. I went back and she never tried to contact me after she tried the Western Union thing on me and then actually paid.

I even contacted her and no answer. All of my feedback was 100% until I met this rip off artist. Check my ratings and you will see I bend over backwards for my customers. (litterally not figurtively)

ally_katt needs to grow up.

This is ironic. I bought an overpriced piece of fake clothing from this woman too. When it came, I thought I had a nice Ben Sherman shirt for my husband. Little did I know about 3 washes later it ripped apart to. I had already given her a positive feedback. I emailed her also and never recieved email back. I have reported her to a fraud agency in California recently. Hopefully they put her behind bars soon. Ebay needs to do something about thier rating system.

Wow, others have been defrauded to on Ebay. That makes me feel a little better. Nothing like buying a Coach purse and getting a fake instead. I can see how this ally_katt (ally_snake) works. Unfortunately we have this type of scum all over California.

Can something be done about this? I think you guys are right about the ripoff report thing. Sean did you let ally_katt (ally_snake) know that you posted this? Once she knows maybe she will get scared and stop being a criminal.

I do not want a low rating. I have had many non-bidders but I have never gave them a negative. If I did I would just be lowering my score. When I just checked out ally_katts Id on Ebay she has many positive and 1 negative. It is sad that she can get away with this. In her one negative it says a lot. Let me cut and paste it.

Thank you for this solid information. Ebay's rating system is not enough. Ally_katt and others need to recognize that frauding others is a serious crime. When it comes to items of clothing the ebay consumer needs to wait at least a month before giving a rating.

Who wants to leave a negative rating for fear of retalliation? That is the biggest problem we consumers of Ebay have to deal with. I also believe we need to all use ripoff report to start grading Ebayers so we can see the true ratings of Ebay users. Example.....Ally_katt would have a 90% rating on Ebay but on here she would have a 15%. Shame on to Ally_katt and others who use Ebay to sham the innocent public.

Thank you, I have several clothing stores in the Chicago area and buy some clothing merchandise of Ebay. I have been ripped off to a few times by people like ally_katt. These people need to be stopped. They cost me a lot of money and time. If you have a friend out thier tell them about this ripoff report thing. This is a valuable resource for Ebay. This site has saved me time and money already. ally_katt (Ebay user ID) and the other fraudsters on Ebay need to be stopped and I think ripoff report is able to that.
