Jenna .. Astrological Readings Promised a astrological reading for a sum of money and I got nothing Internet
Jenna sent me an email offering a free astrological report and so I sent away for it. She wrote back with minimal details but said that she had exciting news and for 60 usd I could have the full report in detail. I told her that I dont have this money and she said that I could pay 30 usd and I paid it. Since then I have received nothing at all back and am now out of 30 usd. She made all of these predictions and then nothing.

Jenna did come through with the report..it just took longer than expected. She is who she says she is and she is thorough. In my opinion others have called out "rip off" as I ashamidly did as patience is not a strong point in our characters. Not every prediction is going to come to fruitition exactly as told to us but it usually will happen. I would like to take this opportunity to appologise to Jenna I douted her and I should not have. She is the psychic that she says she is.

This is Claire, Jenna's personal assistant again, and I can only address these posted complaints as they come up and again if Janette will contact me at the special email address set up for this site, "[email protected], I'll gladly look into this complaint as the report has either went to her bulk/junk mail because of her email delivery options or her credit card was refused for payment and a report wasn't completed. The important thing here is that Janette contact me immediately so I can identify her order and either get her report to her or ensure she is notified again of the refused credit card. To date, I've not received a response from anyone on this site who has made a complaint, however, I'll persist on addressing all the complaints I can. Thank you, Claire
