Have you gone back to the store and talked to the owner or store manager? That is you first step. Second Step if you have done the above is in writting ask for a delivery date and if they can not deliver within a responible time frame say 10 days that you want a full refund. Third Step if you have done the above two take them to Small Claims Court.
