I worked for jennifers for about a year and a half. I've read tons of complaints on them like you have and the stories that you read online STILL happen to this day. I still keep in touch with a couple of current employees and someone's furniture got delivered to their house and the delivery men made a hole through the customers ceiling, ran and left, then the delivery warehouse manager talked to the customer and said that he has to pay it out of pocket!! THAT is crazy.
When I did work for Jennifers, I was CONSTANTLY regretting selling furniture due to the lack of workmanship on the whole sofa and everything that got delivered ended up getting broken, dirt got on furniture, juice got on furniture before delivery, etc. Anything you could think of has probably happened. I was fed a pack of lies before I worked there, saying I could make $30,000+ a year but with so many delivery issues i've hardly gotten paid because we get paid on all DELIVERED items. Anyway, Jennifer Convertibles isn't the place to buy furniture if you want good customer service along with it

To sweetnothings in Maryland who say the people that complain about Jennifer Convertibles are crazy. Well you obviously either 1 work for them or 2 are crazy yourself. When hundreds if not thousands of "consumers" have the exact same experiences with a company and problems there is an old saying If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck and sounds like a duck then its probably a duck. I am living proof of ignorance because I did see all the complaints about Jennifer Convertibles on the web before I bought my furniture from them but I thought how bad can it be. Well BAD I wish I had the intelligence to listen to all those who had been wronged by Jennifer Convertibles. You say we are crying about stuff but when you spend nearly $2000 on something and it falls apart almost after buying and you have to wait in my case 6 months so far and still going for a part, or when they stop responding to your emails and don't return any calls then how would you feel. Put yourself in everyone else's shoes. I have not been rude or mean to any so called customer care and have been very patient to this day and still I have not received and kinda care. 6 months are you kidding to fix a sofa? This company is a rip off plain and simple and I have a little satisfaction knowing I was able to keep 2 friends of mine from going through what I have experienced when they where going to purchase new furniture. Its my little victory and hopefully they will pass it on to some of their friends and so on. I am now looking into a lawsuit against them and would be happy to join any class action suit against them if any exist. I hope that one day that we can all smile when this company goes down but sadly not till they have literally stolen millions of dollars from consumers like myself. To Jennifer Convertibles the worst company I ever had the displeasure of doing business with SHAME ON YOU!!!!!

OK 1st of all I do truly feel sorry for the people who have real complaints and real problems. The people on this website who are posting things about this company are crazy. You all have unreal expectations and unreal wishes. OK 1st off the customer is our #1, we do know this and we DO NOT need you telling us this. We tell everyone that you are alowed to REFUSE the frunitre AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY. This is NOT A SECRET. It is also placed on our wall "NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON DELIVERED MERCHANDISE". We do try our best to make sure that the customer is completly satisfied. And IN FACT I have even witness as wel as done this myself, when i customer calls and there is an issue and it is NOT the customers fault, i.e, they wanted a color on the showroom floor but the sales associate wrote the wrong swatch code down, it is NOT there fault and if they had accepted the frunitre and said this is not the color I saw, we will contact corporate and try to get somthing worked out (which could take a few days maybe even weeks, we sell alot of things and corprate is very busy, as would you be so maybe people should grow a little compasion for the people who are trying to help), but if you call and harrass us and yell and scream, then HELL TO THE NO I am NOT, I repeat NOT helping you. The CUSTOMER needs to understand that they sometimes people cant jump when you need them to, right at that moment. And that MAYBE there are other people with bigger issues than you. Life is too short to be so angry becuase you didn't get your way, WAHH WAHH WAHH, cry about it why dont you! GET OVER IT. We try our best to make sure everyone is equally satisfied. And YES you get GREAT frunitre for a GREAT price. Go to roomstore if your not happy, GOOD LUCK Cause THEY SUCK, talk about just out to make a sale!!! I LOVE JC THEY ARE THE BEST AND HAVE THE BEST QUALITY FRUNITRE WITH THE BEST LIFETIME PROTECTION PLAN!!
