Jennifer/Tim Bolen - Work for Keller Williams Realty Greater Seattle- Mrs. Bolen is a SCAMMMER - CON ARTIST - Trying to SCAM on and Pray on people that are in Foreclosure. She tries to scam on homeowners and renters that are living in homes. She works for many banks in the Seattle and Portland Area foreclosure markets.
She will to anything she can to screw the homeowner or a renter that is in foreclosure. She will show no MERCY on you or your family. She will do anything she can to 'PUT YOU and YOUR FAMILY ON THE STREET'! She is a heartless and likes to violate laws. She has Broker so many State and Federal Laws. She thinks she knows everything buy she doesn't know. Her Broker is also a Heartless Wrench.
There Company needs to be shut down and Jennifer and her Stupid Husband and the Broker and some other agents in there office need to be in Jail. There needs to be a Federal and State Investigation into this office. They are a menace to the Seattle Area Public and need to put in Jail. Karma will get them and so will Law Enforcement.

I have been a customer of Tim Bolen for years. When Tim was in the Mortgage Business, he handled loan originations on property purchases and some refinances. I have always known Tim as a person of the highest integrity and professional competence. He has always given me the best advice and worked hard to make sure my deals went smoothly from start to finish. He is one of the most competent and innovative professionals that I have ever dealt with in the real estate business or any other business for that matter. I would do any real estate deal with Tim again. If I was in the market to buy or sell, I would not think of doing business with anyone else.
