When I first wrote this I was at work and didn't have much time. I met Jeremy at Rip Rocks where he worked and I was a regular patron. We started talking, then he made me a pathetic napkin rose for Valentine's day. The free drinks kicked in and he gave me his number. We talked nearly every day sometimes for hours. He told me he was single. As I young single mom, I was very skeptical, he did meet in a bar and I was looking out for myself and child. He seemed perfect and it was too good to be true. We both led very busy lifestyles so it was hard to make plans. He took me out for my birthday and that is when we had our first kiss. He took my hand a lot at the bar, probably to make my believe he was single. This went on for 3 months. He would say how he wanted to settle down, get married and have children. Little did I know he was married and his wife is pregnant. After he blew me off for the 5th time vowing to make it up to me with dinner, I called him and cut things off. After that he never called again and ignored me at the bar. I vented to a female coworker of his who clued me in to him being married. I was furious that he would do this so I confronted him. He acted confused saying why would it matter to me and why was I telling everyone he cheated on his wife.... Everyone he works with knows what a cheat he is despite his attempts to make me look like a psycho. I tried to tell his poor wife but he called the cops on me. I hope she finds out for her sake and her child's sake. People like this makes me sick. Though nothing sexual happened between us, the conversations we had were way more than casual friendship conversations.
