Jerry Carter First Priority Pay stole money hoboken, New Jersey
We were using First Priority Pay Payroll Company for our payroll Betweem Sept1,2009 thru Dec. 31, 2009. The tax money they withdrew from our payroll account was never sent to the IRS. It's gone!!!! I have contacted the Attorney General's Office in NJ and they have had several complaints as of recent 3-12-2010. The BBB of NJ has received 78 complaints and they are referring everyone to the Attorney General's Office. I spoke with an Intake person at the Attorney Gereral's office and I am fowarding an extensive report with them regarding the loss of approx. $11,000.00. It was suggested to me that because there have been numerous complaints an investigation will follow. If you have been affected by this company, PLEASE call the NJ Attorney Gereral's Office. I am considering contacting an attorney to file a civil suit against the company and the owner.
