Do not buy Jerry Nortons real estate course power flipper 3x, it will cost you $1000, and the presentation is smooth, making it look sooo easy.
It does not tell you about the requirments that make a deal that he will invest in, turns out it has to be a closed deal and make $40.000 or more, plus you have to come up with the earnest money. In order to make the $10.000, which you never learn til after you have ordered the pkg. Plus like most companies there is the clause for cancellation in 3 business days, not here. The only way to get your money back is with the 90 day guarantee, where you have to submit one deal a month for the 3 months, 90 days. So all this time he has everyones money to use for himself. He does offer a program where you can work with and learn from him. Its by application only then they prequalify you to see how much money you have with determines if they will work with you.
Like I said its not disclosed in the presentation, the webinar is online and you are given a short time to decide and no time to research, they go in for the close then you're stuck.
It does give you alot of software to locate and analzers, but you have to be able to work it full time, to make it work. but if you have no money, it makes it real hard to make this work, plus you're out the $1000 for at least 90 days. They have it rigged, knowing that people are looking for ways to make money, then you cant make it work for a closed deal to submit to see if he him accept the deal.
