Ok so I forgot all about the ripoff report... I google kelsey Bender off and on all of the time to see who she is how she is... I go to this store and see this young woman who happens to have the name... Kelsey she has these big beautiful gorgeous eyes.. the same as my niece well at least that I can recall from all those years past.. Melissa I wrote that rebutal to see how she was not get into yours and jerrys business I dont care about either side of anyones business... I care about how is she how is school she make friends easy sports art what is her thing??? I am sorry things are the way they are... But I am not the entire family I was still a young kid who really didnt know what was going on... and NOW well I understand it would be too confusing for her... I have an in law who lives in plainfield and I wanted to so badly look you up but I know that would be kind of invading you and her... anyway I just want her to know that there is an Aunt on "the other side" that cares about her and loves her... I was young and it was not the fact that I didnt care... anyway I am going on and on... I really hope one day I get some news from you...

My name is Amie Bender I am the wife of Jerry Bender and i am going to set  this record straight. Melissa if you are if you are going to slander someone the least you can do is tell the truth about it. yeah you had a right like all people do to move any where in the U.S. you want too!!!! As did Jerry, You get on  here and tell the world that he abandoned Kelsey! he did not abandon Kelsey and you are sorry for even saying that. As for you saying that he has not paid his child support, that is a lie as well, every year the irs garnishes his check, his jobs garnish, and even wc garnished his checks!!!! as of right now you owe us money but we will take that to the proper place! As for his family you are the on that refused to let them have anything to do with Kelsey.You have the nerve to say otherwise??? But i guess coming from you that doesn't surprise anyone. When we finally found you and Kelsey in 08', you said you would send documentation of an adoption and all legal papers then you don't and the funny thing is you refuse to provide them to child support enforcement. Why is that? For your information Jerry is a great father and a wonderful human being and the only one missing out on that is Kelsey due to you own issues. And just because Jerry sent his daughter a card in the mail you slap him with a restraining order? And you even lied to obtain that by saying he would kidnap her and he was suicidal!!!!!!!!!!! Give me a break!!!!!! He is not suicidal and he would never be as cold and ruthless as to do that to you. And since you don't know him now you haven't nor apparently did you ever have a clue as to who he is!!!!!! So with that said I am done. maybe you should think about who has really hurt Kelsey. Need a hint go look in the mirror!!!

There is a guy in Minneapolis who operates a flooring business that has changed it's name a couple times in the last couple of years. He goes by Wayne Bender. I'm not sure if this is the guy, but thought I would throw this out there incase it is. Hope you get everything resolved. 

Thank you for all the comments.  The Illinois Attorney General is very well aware of his location and they are pursuing the case.  Also, due to the Order of Protection that exists against him, I cannot say much more.  What I will say in response to Amy's post is yes, it is beyond sad and disgusting what his choice in actions did to the lives of so many people.  That little girl lost and entire family, however, those family members had my address and phone number all those years.  I had the right to accept a far better job and move an hour and a half away from that area to better my life and the life of my daughter. Apparently, that was enough for the family that she knew to decide that they did not want to pursue a relationship with her.  I'm sure members in that family have heard stories and lies that are not true, but, there's nothing I can do to change what people say.  I know the truth and my daughter knows the truth and that is truly all that matters.

DID YOU TURN THIS DEADBEAT DAD OVER TO THE STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE? ANYBODY THAT HAS A KID AND ABANDONS IT IS A SORRY EXCUSE FOR A HUMAN BEING AND NEED TO PAY OR GO TO JAIL!IF THE CHILD WAS ADOPTED OR HIS PARENTAL RIGHTS WERE TERMINATED, HE STILL IS REQUIRED TO PAY THE CHILD SUPPORT THAT WAS OWED BEFORE HIS RIGHTS WERE TERMINATED. Hello I am the sister of Jerry... Amy is my name and it has been a long time since I have spoken to my brother. I have a family of my own and I truely feel horrible for everything. And now that I am a little older and see what is really going on I would like to know more on the updated version of the story from the mother, Melissa before I say what I have been told from his side of the story. One thing that I was told that a lawyer contacted him many moons ago through paper work and pretty much made him give up his rights completely as a father. I know he has made a lot of mistakes but there is parts of his family that keeps that little girl in their hearts... ALWAYS!!!!! And although he had no part in her life you up and left down south too. And yes family issues are a huge part of the issue but even an email would be good to know how she is doing. I would like to know more about her if I could? And if I can help in anyway I would like to try.
