Kessica Lynn Leary is wanted for questioning and the vehicle she took from her Grandparents RICHARD SMITH.
What posseses a person like Jessica Lynn Leary to steal a vehicle from her grandparents and has refused to return the vehicle to her grandparents which has continued to go on for almost 10 months ???
The story starts when Richard Smith was buying a NEW CAR for his wife and Jessica Lynn Learty came to them with a story of having no car and in need of hekp. Her own parents were seperating and little contact was going on within Jessica Lynn Leary and her own parents. It seems Jessica went with the grandparents to see this New vehicle. Within days she somehow got the grandparents to loan her the car to go looking for a job. They have neither seen the grand daughter or the car since. Richard Smith then contacted the mother to ask her to contact Jessica Leary with hopes she would contact the grand father. That went on deaf ears. The mother was not about to give up her daughter. Richard Smith then went to the father Brian Leary with hopes he could talk to his daughter in behalf of the grandfather. Thast too fell on deaf ears. What a bit_ ) . How do you SCREW your own elderly grandparents. It was later learned the 30 day tags given to Richard Smith on the car expired, and Jessica Lynn Leary HAD A new boyfriend... A Thomas Kelley 24 Y.O., WHO IT WAS LEARNED GAVE JESSICA lYNN LEARY TAGS FROM HIS VEHICLE.
We did some investigating only to find that thje Leary family is no innocent family, because Jessica Lynn Leary was ARRESTED on petty theft charges as was her father Brian Leary numerous times, for petty theft.. This is public record and available to anyone seeking this information.
Jessica Lynn Leary is a THIEF plain and SIMPLE. She couldn't get anything from her own parents, so she SCREWED her grandparents with taki8ng the car and forced the grandfatyhwer to continue making payments on a car she stole from him.
It seems Jessica Lynn Leary is liviing in New Port Richey with her NEW boyfriend THOMAS KELLEY a recent discharge soldier from the Afganistan War.. date of birth 5/17/ 1987 and together they are using a vehicle that they took from Richard Smith and refuse to retrn this vehicle.tHE CAR HAS NO INSURANCE, NO REGISTRATION, and GOD FORBID THEY GET INTO AN ACCIDENT, THE GRANDFATHER IS GOING TO BE IN SERIOUS TROUBLE.
Jessica Lynn Leary has a date of birth of: April 23, 1986. White, long medium brown hair and recently tinted her hair in a burgundy rinse.
Thomas Kell;ey was contacted by this office and refused to return the vehicle claming "they" need the vehicle. Jessica Ltnn Leatry was also contacted and hung up the telephone when the conversation drifted into the grandfathers vehicle.
This is a low life pure and simple.
She is living in the New Port Richey - Port Richey area with this Thomas Kellet in a apartment .
He is going to the VA for theraphy from what we have learned.
Jessica Lynn Leary is another moron who is in the Bar - Hospitaliuty business.
We will give anyone who can give us an address where they reside, or a business address where Jessica Lynn Leary is currently working.
A $300.00 CASH REWARD will be given to anyone who confirms the address where these two people live, and or the location of Jessica Lynn Leary's place of Employment is. The Sheriff's Department'

I have to agree with you! LOL! "confidential?" Yeah sure. Just look what they're doing with this ROR on the internet. No wonder it appears that they don't have a web domain!

This has got to be an unusually slimy collector. Funny, thereis no mention that police were notified of this "stolen" car. Generally, posts on ROR are not the best way to deal with a car that has been stolen.

Why is a COMMERCIAL DEBT COLLECTOR (business 2 business) posting this garbage?
Granddad should file a police report. That would relieve him of liability and then the cops would pickup the car or the granddaughter.
How is your agency involved?
I doubt the car was stolen. I suspect granddad cosigned and the loan is in default and you schmoes are trying to repo it.

JESSICA LYNN LEARY is a THIEF who stole from her grandparents... and doesn't have the decency or respect to return what she has taken from her elderly granparents.
Jessica Lynn Leary IS A THIEF. This trash conned her grand parents into loaning her a brand new mitisubishi to go look for a job, and in 10 months refuses to return the vehhicle she drove away with. The owner of the vehicle RICHARD SMITH gave this low life the car to use for a week to find a job. Jessica felt she needed the car more than her Grandparenrs and refuses to bring back the vehicle. Her grandparents are sick at what Jessica Leary has become. It seems Jessica Lynn Leary is also a petty THIEF who has an ARREST RECORD for stealing from a Department Store.
It is also known that the granparents approached her parents and both of them refuse to get involved with the family theft. No wonder Jessica has become trash, her father has also been ARRESTED for THEFT and has ARRESTS that can be documented with the counties. The eggcorn doesn't fall far from the tree.This is Public information available to the public.
It was also learned that both her parents are seperated, with the father now living with his NEW girlfriend, and the mother moving in with another female. It seems the grandfather contacted both parents who will do nothing to HELP the grandparents get the vehicle returned to them. How would you like your own daughter turning you the father away and won;t lift a finger to HELP you. Some family ...
It seems, according to Richard Smith the Grandfather that Jessica now lives with her 24 - 25 year old boyfriend named THOMAS KELLEY. This is another piece of work who when we called him on his CELL PHONE stated " they needed the car and had no intentsions of returning it.
They have some class... LOW & NONE.
Richard Smith is devastated over this matter. How his own family consisting of his daughter, grandaughter and BRIAN LEARY, father of Jessica Lynn Leary can show no remorse or compassion for this is beyond any sense of decency or comprehension. This is Trash at its very essence.. They have an attitude of take what you want, and SCREW my Father and her Grandparents...I need the car.
According to the Grandfather Richard Smith his grandaughter is no prize. According to facts obtained she was fired from a motel for seeing a guest which when the employer found out, she was terminated from the job.
According to the Grandfather she's been hoping around from job to job and has recently gone into the Bar Trade, Food Industry, most likely as a bartender or barmaid/watress.
