Anyone who works with a broker knows that a broker does not have inventory. This buyer knew, and approved me to pay a seller to deliver his product, which I did. He works as a broker himself, and does the same exact thing everyday. He does not mention that he DID receive some of his product from the seller, and that he also DID received a portion of the refund, for which I have documentation. There is nothing to be gained by dishonesty. Problems do happen in business, but it does not mean that someone is a theif or dishonest. Buyer was given full disclosure of the seller, and they have had several conversations. Seller has brought in their attorney in various conference calls with the buyer. Buyer has made independent calls to seller's attorney, as well. According to seller, buyer agreed to certain conditions for resolution, and then later denied it. Seller said they shipped out a certain amount of product and buyer says he received a different amount, therefore, THEY need to resolve the matter, although I am doing what I can on my part, as well. Since buyer knows who the seller is, and knows the seller was paid for the product with his money, as per his instructions, I am wondering why the complaint has not been lodged against the seller, at all. There is always more than one side to a story. I have run a legitimate and honest business for over 20 years, and have very wealthy people as customers, who trust our company 100%, because we have never, once, stolen anyone's money and never will.
