Jewelry By Ezra Aka Ambras Fine Jewelry Thieves in the Night. Rip-off! New York, New York
I had ordered several items as a gift for my mother on 10-21-04. Three weeks later, they have still not arrived. I have made several attempts to resolve this issue, but ALL of them went ignored. I found out today that they have had well over 7000 negative feebacks in the last month. I left them a particularly descriptive and scathing negative feedback of my own today as well. These people are con artists, theives, and generally unprofessional individuals.
I urge people to NOT EVER shop with them... you will not get what you've paid for. I have sent the matter to ebay customer servie and I would hope that at this point, they should be suspended or removed from ebay in general. There is absolutely NO viable excuse for this behaviour. DELIVER WHAT YOU WERE PAID FOR!! These people are guilty of multiple counts of fraud and larceny. They should be legally prosecuted.
