Knoxville,#2UPDATE EX-employee responds

I used to work for this company. The company's name used to be ACN and we called it the "All Criminals Network". The reason they can sell these gems at such a reduced price is these jewels are literally the "castoffs" of the industry. These are the jewels that are usually ground up to be used in industrial applications. I once saw a receipt for 115 medium to large diamonds and the company paid $3 for each stone! These were initially part of a "dump bucket" shipment going to one of those "gem mining" tourist locations. The diamonds they show on the jewelry shows are the best of the lot, so what you are literally seeing is a "bait and switch". They show you the high quality items and you get shipped the junk. I made the mistake of shopping at an employee sale and purchased a watch that supposedly retailed for $300 and I got it for $100 (employee pricing). It turns out that the same watch was selling for $9.95 at Wal-mart. My motto is "if it seems to be too good to be true, it usually is".
