I ordered a ring on 7/2/05 and my account was debited immediately. The diamond band arrived on 8/4/05 and several of the stones were obviously poor quality, even without the use of visual aids.

Spoke with Mike at JV and was told to return the ring for "repair" which I did on 8/8/05. I received it back on 8/18/05 and someone had moved stones around within the ring but nothing had been replaced/repaired. Actually the ring was in worse condition than when I first received it.

Many phone calls - Chad several times, Evan, Jack, Lilly, Mike and one call where "some" person [male] answered and I asked to speak with Chad and the jerk on the end of the line said, "Speaking". I did hear him FINALLY say that he wasn't Chad, and NO, of course Chad didn't return my call.

Sent the ring back a second time with a letter explaining why I didn't want it and a digital, enlarged photo as to what I felt the problem was, and that I wanted a refund. Have the green card that was signed by someone on 9/7/05 when the ring was received at the JV.

Many calls to find out where my refund is and the person is always "going to put the information on the supervisor's desk" and "the refund will be taken care of". On Tues., 9/27/05, I did have a fairly lengthy conversation with an individual named "Lilly", who said she would speak with Chad and call me back. At 8:09PM that evening I got a call from "Lilly" who said she had spoken with Chad and he told her that I should look for my refund to be back in my account on Monday, 10/3/05. Of course it wasn't there. For the past week I have made numerous calls and no one has answered the phone, almost as though they are monitoring incoming calls or have gone out of business. In fact I have not seen them on the air for some time.

It's too bad that this fraudulent, dishonest, deceitful practices by these money-sucking creeps continues to proliferate. They have the ring and they have my money.
