Jewelry Vault ripoff, receives returns but never returns money. Los Angeles California
I bought a gold/diamond necklace from the Jewelry Vault TV program on June 1, 2005. It was not as described, so I returned per their instructions. I have proof of their receipt, yet they still have not refunded my money (it is now Nov. 25th). They will not answer phone or mail messages.
