I scheduduled an appointment to have a car dyno tuned in order to remove a miss in the engine. The appointment was set for Feb. 2 2011 at 9:30am. This appointment was set almost a week in advance!

On Sunday Jgy lf a message in regard to that apointment, I suppose a confimation! On Monday I was contacted by Jeff @ JGY. At that point and time I advised him that under the recommendation of another mechanic that I was going to try changing a sensor to see if it would eliminate the problem. I told jeff that if this did not eliminate the problem that I would get back to him.

On Tuesday the 1st of Feb I was contacted again by Jgy in regard to the appointment on Wed. I told them again that I was not bringing the car in that I was changing a sensor. This was a different guy who called. I told him that I had spoke with Jeff the day before in regard to the canellation of said appointment. He called me a liar!

On Wed the 2nd they called and said I had missed my appointment and would I like to reschedule or pay a cancellation fee!!

These guys try to strong arm people in to doing what they want! They are childish to the point that they continually call you day and night to harrass you! They are not professionals or they would have told me about the senor instead of trying to charge me $150 per hour for three hours to diagnois the problem! To the tune of $500 +!

I wouldn't take my dog there, let alone my car! What a bunch of con-artists! They should be shut down!

Cell phones don't lie and I have saved all records and intend to sue if they keep harrassing me!!

Yeah jgy did the same to me I needed some time to get my finances straight so I didn't reply to there message that asked me for my number so this is what they emailed me. "some guy stopped by last week and said he used to date you or something that's cool and all, but we don't offer a discount for gayness."

The funny thing is I never asked for any type of discount and I am not gay and I defiantly didn't have any of my friends "stop by there shop" these people are drama dont do any Business with these people unless you like dealing with the court to attempt to get things straight

No matter how many times someone reads this, this is what they read:

1.  You scheduled an appointment for service.

2.  You didn't show up.

3.  JGY called you to see if you were coming.

4.  JGY didn't get any money from you.

.............past that, you can throw in all these weird mind games with it.........but that's it,

you didn't show up, the guy that set it up probably got annoyed and called you to see why you didn't show up...........no real mystery here............

5.  The straps on the white car are on the car because the guy actually paid for the dyno work and the straps hold the car from moving.  For information on that car, go to our project car section of www.jgy.cc and you can see the power and performance it made.

6.  Anyone feel free to call this guy to discuss the issue.  If you are as weird as he is, we DON'T want to dyno your car.  There's probably a really good reason why he is no longer a police officer and it possibly involves 2 sheep, an old Polaroid camera, a bottle of whiskey, and 2 sacks of genital hair.

Well JGY Customs was right about one thing! The fellow I talked with was not Jeff, his name was Josh, My Bad!

This is very very Simple!!! I challenge any reader of this Post to simply review the many complaints registered against this company, and decide for Yourself!!!!

JGY posted my name and phone number, please feel free to call it anytime in regard to this matter! If anyone filing a complaint against JGY Customs need me to testify in their behalf please call!

PS-Thank God I didn't take my car there, it may have been held for ransom like the little whit nissan they had strapped to their dyno!

1. On Saturday when we were closed, we opened the gate to load a car and this man drove onto the lot and got out of the car with another person.

2. We told him we were closed but he required a tour and information on our dyno. He then asked to schedule an appointment.

3. Upon leaving, he managed to leave trash in the dyno facility, step in mud and track it all over the building, and made some attempts at humor dealing with black people, we think.

4. We did not call him Saturday or Sunday, especially Sunday as were were closed and not there.

5. There is no Jeff at JGY nor was he called.

6. Wednesday afternoon, after the appointment was missed, our owner called him to see if he was coming, at which point he exploded told him that an employee was a liar and should be terminated, then hung up. Out of more amusement and shock, the owner called him back to see what was wrong, at which point he vaguely threatened him, again called the other employee a liar, and again, told the owner to fire him. At that point the owner hung up.

7. Today, Friday, this guy again called us, said he would have us shut down, sue us, threatened violence, said he would turn us into the BBB and ripoff report, and something about being a past police officer.

Final:

At no time did we work on his car, at no time did we charge him any money, at no time did we harrass him. Our curiosity as to why he was angry and kept insulting us was the only reason we contacted him. If you don't want to pay the fees we charge for work, don't have us do work. We don't want your dog here or you........there must be a chemical imbalance with this guy's system.

Let's see.......you come to our place when we are closed, waste our time, leave trash, dirty the floor up and the bathroom with mud, insult us on the phone, suggest we get fired, not show up for an appointment, AND POST ABOUT US ON THE INTERNET, and we are the bad guys? Do you need a hug?
